Razr has white screen

So I got a used razr & then like I took a picture & then the screen just kept going white
& now I cant see anithing at all like I can get calls & text messages
But my screen is white

What should I do

I didn't have the razr but the phone I had did the same, the front screen just out of no where would turn white. So I took it to sprint and they said it was carotid on the inside form water.

take it back to the store ... you may have got a 'defective' one !!!

hun, the same thing happened to me in December when I had a razr. we took it to the sprint store, and they told me that water/moisture got inside it, and usually you can tell by taking the battery cover off and looking for a big red dot. If it's red, it got water on it. If it's white, you're okay. I had to get a replacement phone for $50.00 but thats only because my dad works with sprint so he got some kind of deal but whatevs. Now I'm with verizon and I have a LG enV and it works sooo much better than sprint. hope this helps!

there's no way that the phone would have came defective and after a while of having it, SUDDENLY turned into a piece of crap. it would have happened a lot sooner.
