What is razored hair?

What is razored hair? If its what I think it is then I want to get it but im not sure so if someone cood help I wood apreciate it =]

Its where hey take a razor blade and cut your hair into very choppy layers and the best to work with to tease your hair if you want to puff ball, but looks great down too!

Look at scene girls hair. most of thierhair is razord. mine is.

thats easy...haha its a special razor..I use one to cut my hair..if you've ever seen sweeney tod it looks similiar to that...only its shorter...its not as good for your hair but it looks a whole lot better...its usually used to do short choppy layers or edgy looks...like I said I cut my own hair and all my friends and I only use razors..I rarely use scissors
