Razor cell phone?

I charged my friends cell phone, and now it wont turn on.
I'm scared I broke it..
did I?
its a razor.

you dont have a cell. wow. well any ways it is the big black thing in the back, you just gently(not roughly) take it out and then gently(not roughly) put it back in

I opened it. Took out the battery and put it back in. It still won't turn on!

The only way it turns on is when I plug it in to charge. When I unplug it, it's the same.
Help me
I really don't want to break her phone. I've done enough bad things...

ahaha... you're so adorable!! you turn it off with the same button you turned it on with!! it's the red button (hang-up button) press it down till it turns off... and you do the same for it to turn on!! lol... I have a razor too!!
