Changing an accidental rating?

If a person accidentally clicks "no" or "yes" when rating and wants to change the rating can they?

I once accidentlly clicked no when I wanted to click yes and I really wish I could change it.

Nope, cant be changed sorry. You cant rate the same answer more then once.
