Ratchet and clank up your arsenal messes up on cutscenes

My ratchet and clank game keeps messing up on cut scenes like: annihilationnatinatinatinatinatinati ---silence , I returned it and got a new copy but it does the same thing. Its not the system because it works just fine on all my other games, not...

even a glitch. Im starting to get sad because I've had some bad weeks this year, and now I cant even play my game :,,(,,

it might be the disc check the back of the disc it might be scratched it normaly happends to my games to
cheer up :-))

Maybe its a glitch in the game its self. This glitch being in every copy of the game ever produced. If this makes you mentionably sad, then you really do need a life.

Skip the stupid cutscenes and play the game.

yea the disk is a little scratched , I hope that if I get another copy it wont be as bad
