why cry rape when he never raped u? you obviously knew it was wrong because of the age gap, so why sleep with him!? you gave him consent and yer hes 18, but you cant just randomly cry rape because you slept together and now hes finished you thats so wrong! I hate females who do that!! just think of how much trouble you will cause 4 this lad!! an you will ruin his life!!! all because he slept with a stupid little girl!! grow up!!

yup, that would be statutory rape and he would be considered a sex offender. press charges, teach him a f*ckin lesson. I guarantee he just used you anyway. I f*ckin hate older guys who take advavtage of younger women, he deserves it

Yes, because he is technically an adult by being 18 years of age.. :]

I hate guys that take advantage of younger women. And I also hate women that are spiteful to ex's. I think some 15 year olds are mature enough to have sex, but not most. Sorry but I do not think you were mature enough to have sex with him because now you are actually being spiteful towards him and regretting the decision, and that is why they put these laws here in the first place.

It is legally considered rape but that is a terrible thing to hold over someones head! You must be a selfish person to be able to ruin someones life. He may have used you but you agreed to sleep with him in the first place!!! Next time dont jump into bed so easily!
