Everyone is formed the same at conception. Guys have all the stuff to be a woman, it just doesn't completely form. This actually makes a sex change for a guy fairly simple. Imagine if the entire chest had to be reconstructed. It's just whether they get another X or a why chromosome that decides the actual gender.

they have many nerve endings in them
and men can get aroused when someone else bites, licks, kisses, sucks, ect there nipples, just like a lot of women can as well

men have nipples becus...when we start developing inside the mother..we start of as being a female...then when it decides wether your a guy or girl they go from there...but your nipples have alredy been made so its like ow darn
