Random gift to get boyfriend?

My boyfriend is going away for 6 days or so and I want to get him something out of the blue for when he comes back. No occasion or anything, just something random to put a smile on his face happy haha. I was thinking a shirt, hat? I dont know. He wears...

volcom and stuff like that so anything in that field would be much appreciated.

or just make him a card usually the small things is
what makes a person happy
make him a card telling him how much youll miss him or have missed him
and glad he made it safely back
