Random crying

Ok im only 19 and im not anywhere near my period so I know its not that but in the last few days I've just really had the feeling to cry and I dont know why I cant think of something thats particularly bothering me I just want to cry
Anybody know any...

Your hormone cycle is constantly revolving...if your close to when you ovulate you could be having a surge of hormones that's making you feel this way.

maybe your going to get your period real soon...moodswings.

Its probably stress or anxiety. It happens to the best of us. I hope you feel better and get threw it soon. =)

sometimes I cry, but I dn't know why. But it may be life in general. Everone everyday has at least one problem. Those problems may be getting up inside you.

I get the same way and it's from stress and allot of anxiety.
If you don't tell someone your problems, then they tend to eat you up.
We all have random moments to cry. You're not alone.
I hope you'll feel better and that you'll talk to someone about whatever is bothering you.

im a guy and even I go through that

I'm a dude...and I still havent had my period...but I cry...a lot randomly sometimes. Not as much I used to when I wasyounger, but I wish I could like that makes me feel so much better about life :D
