Snuggle under the blanket with a nice hot cup of cocoa and a book or a movie.

run outside an dance out there till you get soaked an start feelng a lil sick haha its always fun are just run around trying to catch a raindrop in your mouth an try to cacth as much as you can haha

Seriously though the whole snuggling up thing is a good idea.

Also I guess you could try getting more hours at a job if you have one, see if you can do this fairly short term. Say you know next three days will be rain, try to get hours for those 3 days. Then when it's sunny again, you can go and have a good time with your well earnt money.

When it rains, I stay indoors and relax.
Its also nice to play board games while inside. I mostly stay indoors unless I'm out somewhere.
Staying indoors is the best thing while it rains.
