Well I'm gonna get my eyebrows pierced I'm thinking about piercing my lip but why doesn't it have more colours than silver. My qusetion is if it has lip studs in gold or any other colour dan silver?

They come in every color you can imagine. You can find them at piercing/jewelry stores and online if you just search.

Titanium has many other colors.
and it's not a cheap metal so your body wont react badly.
go to a piercing shop and ask them about titanium jewlery =]
