talking terms. we stay closeby, I feel I love him so much and so he does but he is not gutsy to tell me this any tips that he will come and tell me by being honest and straight forward. plsss help. I don wannna initiate. I want him fast

So he proposed to you 2 years ago, which you refused. Sometime ago you looked into each others eyes for a long time. You talked on the phone (a lot maybe) in the past but now you dont talk at all. You two live close to each other. You feel you love him now, and you say he does too but he just hasn't told you that he loves you. You don't want to initiate. You want us to tell you how to get him to tell you he loves you. And you want him fast.

#2 - Why did you refuse, but now you say that you want him really badly?
#3 - Why aren't you on talking terms? Did you fight? Did the attraction just die? What?
#4 - If you dont want to initiate, there's nothing we can do to help. If you can't help yourself, no one can.
#5 - I don't know where you get the idea that he loves you if he doesn't even talk to you.
#6 - If you stay close by, visit him and start small by starting to talk to him again.

hey want to clear we met face to face 2 days ago not in past that time my eyes lost in his eyes and his in mine would like to say he had propsed me thrice all together. I rejected that time as he had a bad company. twice he propsed me directly I wasnt even 16 that time . then again after much time again proposed before 3 years. he had my cell no that time . now my number has changed. but we see each other many times. we din fight but he used to give me miss calls in front of his frds so I felt embarassed to call him. I love him
