Quicktime?

on many different sites I have found, they say I can download a song for for free, but its on the quicktime program and when I try to say file it says I need to download quicktime and that costs money? I have itunes, but I I don't know, im just perplexed...

and confused. is there a way to still download the songs for free?

well, how bout that after so many times of trying to figure it out, I figured it out.

Quicktime is free. Or at least free unless you want certain features, but to get the basic progrm, it costs nothing.

And yes you can download music for free, although it is mostly illegal.
