Quick weight loss needed!

my name is dan Asked by dan41790 about 1 year ago, 5 answers.

I want to loose 30lbs by the end of the year, and want a healthy, yet quick way of doing this, what can I do to loose weight effectivly and fast? I also have a thing coming up in 2 months and want to loose28lbs for that, can it be done?

Lol ok the real healthy and quick way to do it is to... Every morning eat a whole grapefruit with coffee No Sugar. lunch fruit or salad with vinegar and lemon juice as dressing. dinner grapefruit, Vegs, grilled fish or chicken. no oils or mayo no salt or sugar. only water as Drink and lots of it. do for 14 days and try to do some cardio. Should lose almost 20 lbs

Do like a lot of people do: Take the easy way out and have 1/2 of your stomach removed. Bariatric surgery is the new Weight Watchers.

I know a guy who had this done and dropped 30 pounds from his face alone! It CAN be done!!!

I lost 25 pounds in like less than 2 months by drinking lemon water about 64 oz. a day but you can go to a nutritionist to help you loose weight that's another thing I did

My mom and some friends tried the 3 day diet, and it works pretty well. After eating this exact menu for 3 days, you eat normally for 4 days and then do the 3 day diet again, and so on...

Day 1

Breakfast: Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet Low or Equal, 1/2 grapefruit or juice, 1 piece toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 piece toast, Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet Low or Equal

Dinner: 3 ounces any lean meat or chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup carrots, 1 apple, 1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast: Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet Low or Equal, 1 egg, 1/2 banana, 1 piece toast

Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese or tuna, 8 regular saltine crackers

Dinner: 2 beef franks, 1 cup broccoli or cabbage, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast: Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet Low or Equal, 5 regular saltine crackers, 1 ounce cheddar cheese, 1 apple

Lunch: Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet Low or Equal, 1 boiled egg, 1 piece toast

Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup melon, 1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream.

In addition to its strict daily food prescription, dieters drink 4 cups of water or non-caloric drinks daily

There's also this watermelon detox that works really well.
You're supposed to eat watermelon all day. You can do it for up to 3 days. It flushes out your system and helps you lose weight. I cheated on it a little, and I still lost 3 pounds in one day. It's only meant to be done about once a month though
