well I find going for a walk everyday,even if its just 20 minutes,doing a few simple exercises,a few weights ( you can use anything if you dont have real ones ), and basically cut down on your food intake. When I want to lose weight quick I go on a soup and salada diet only for about 4 days. Yeah, maybe not the healthiest advice but it makes your stomach shrink then after a while you dont feel like eating a lot. Drink lots of water too when you feel hungry,it fills you up.
Ok, eat smaller portions of healthy foods. 3 oz of meat which is about the size of your open palm, Chicken, skinless, turkey breast, fish and loin type meats. Add veggies that have been steamed or stir fried, and some fruit. Eat whole grain, like wheat breads, pasta, cereals and rice. Cut out cakes, chips, fried foods, fast foods, for awhile and drink lots of water every day. Drink skim or low fat milk, yogurt ,the same with cheese, low fat, or skim. And exercise every other day or 4-5 times a week. Like walk a mile to start, or bike, swim, try aerobics, or dancing, use resistance/weight training, but work out the whole body. Don't skip meals, every meal is important, just smaller portions, and read nutritional labels, and stick to the one portion size of what you are eating. It helps alot!
