Well, if you'd still be healthy (check with your doctor first) then eating normally & exercising should easily let you lose a pound a day.
That's eating healthy meals, 3 times a day, and exercising. Yep, it's hard work, and there are no short cuts.
However, and this is where you should really, really talk to your doctor or health professional, you might not HAVE 9 pounds to lose. I know when I was in high school & college, there wasn't any way I could drop weight, even though I was over the range for my height my fat percentage back then was about 6%. Which meant that if I lost any weight at all, it would have made me more susceptible to disease, sickness, and generally unhealthy.
These days, I have the opposite problem.
Seriously, from the sound of it, you don't have weight to lose. Talk to your doctor, and if you have some weight to lose, the only way that it'll come off & stay off is exercise.
1 to 2 lbs a week is the healtiest was to lose weight and keep it off... why leave it this late to lose 9lbs. And why is it so important.
dont do it unhealthly...u cant try to have an eating disorder
