Questions & anonymous questions

123452 Asked by kiasu 4 months ago, 3 answers.

Why is it, especially in this catagory, there appear to be a lot of duplicated posts.

A person asks a question under their profile name and within minutes, asks the exact question again under fau. (Anonymously)

Is this deliberate (in which case, whats...

the point?) or just acciodental?

It seems as though people ask the question under their logged in name, realize they could have asked it anonymously, hit the back button, and then click anonymous and repost.

I delete the duplicates as I see them, but if I'm missing some just fun mail me.

Thanks.

Thanks Dara,

I thought they were doing it deliberately for some strange reason which would obviously defeat the whole purpose of posting anonymously.
