okie if this website if for asking questions and "getting advice" why do people post so much other things such as "whats the dumbest thing..." "stupidest thing you have saw.." or surveys and stuff im just curios

People ask those questions because maybe they want too.
Even I ask random questions at times. So, I think others have a right to ask any random question that comes to there mind.
