In this instance, 'to' is just part of the action - 'to tough it out'

'to tough it out' basically means, whatever it is that you are having difficulty with, you still have to do it.

Somehow we're all born with some sort of 'sense of belonging'. As we grow, we start to understand where we fit in.

I was raised a Christian. I had too many doubts and too many questions that went unanswered. Many years ago a friend introduced Buddhism to me. It fit me perfectly. I didn't need to question too much because everything just made sense.

I don't jump into anything blindfolded, though - I studied it for many years before I decided that it was my path.

Buddhism has brought me such great peace and happiness that I know it's not the wrong choice for me.

I am currently learning about buddhism. my step dad is buddist so he can tell me the things I need to know if he knows them. my family is christian but I never really like the idea of christianity. I started asking my dad questions and I find buddhism so interesting and understandable. everything has a reason and I like the fact that the rules are not just there because someone says so, they are there AND have a reason behind why they are there. I am currently reading a book called Introduction to buddhism and so far from my current knowledge of buddhism I can see myself learning the ways of a buddist
