I let my kids after their homework is done and dinner is over.

I'm on all the time, and I'm pretty much a model student when I can be bothered doing why coursework lol

They do their homework first, then they can go online until dinnertime, since we eat late (7 or 8).

They only get to go on every second day, though, since we stagger their computer days for fairness (no fighting about who gets to go on). That way, they also have to find other things to do (like go out and get fresh air) when it isn't their day.
