Lets just say what if you were 20 years old, that was in the 12 grade, a virgin that never been in a relationship before..and that want to go out with a 13 year old that you like a lot and the 13 year old like you lot too..and willing to break the law to...

be with you...Should the 20 year old wait for the 13 year old to turn 18 so they can start kissing and having sex?...even though both dont want to...(not saying its me though)

Well, if this 20 year old decides to have sex with this 13 year old and someone finds out, the 20 year old is looking at a minimum of 5 years in prison...which means that by the time he is released, she'll be 18 anyway.
