Question about scrapbook disgnes?

Dose any know how too make Scrapbook Disgnes in your Pictures?

I've seen a notebook that gives it's own designs to put in scrapbooks. but maybe if you just put stickers or something it'll look nice. or maybe if you're really good at drawing, you could put that in the scrapbook too. the majority of the pages should be taken up by words though so too much detail I believe should be avoided.
I've tried making a scrapbook myself but the project failed because the one I wanted to be in it with lacked the enthusiasm to do so... -___-
