are you taking any anibiotics?sometimes that changes the color of your discharge to brown...are you at the end of your period?it could just be the left over blood coming out...doubt its a std

either the end or the beginning of your period. Have you ever had your period before? Are you taking a birth control for the first time. There are many different factors that can effect the color of your menstrual blood. Could be hormone changes, anything really.
