You checked off that you agreed to read the Terms of Use when you signed up...did you not read it?

Because some of them violate the rules or are inappropriate. Like some questions about slitting wrist or being bulimic/anorexic. I believe those get deleted.

Well, if you or anybody asks a question that's against the terms of use them someone can report the user and the question gets deleted.

They aren't automatically deleted. Questions that get deleted are deleted by Admins or Advisors because they violate the Terms of Use.
