Queen elizabeth 2nd

Why is queen elizabeth ii such a great leader? What are some things that she has done for the world?

I think its because she's been around for so long nad all the commonwealth countries love her (for some reason), she is also (supposedely) the most well travelled queen/king. shes done hundreds of royal visits to places.
I personally don't really like her though, I don't think she actually does anything useful for the country

Hello! I don't know of one thing that she has actually done, for the good of the country. England's people seem to love the monarch, but I'm not entirely sure why. When Prince Charles married Dianne, the Queen was at best, cold to her. In fact, the only part of the monarch that has show promise, came from Dianne, Prince's Williams and Harry. The Queen has gone out and viisited other countries, but I doubt if those visits really had any benefit. If she does anything for charity, with her billions of dollars, I am not aware of it.
