what is causing my puppy to pee when ever she is spoken to by some people at different times?

She could be either excited or frightened. I had a cocker spaniel and whenever certain people (like my grandparents) would come over she would pee a little bit. Watch the way that people are talking to her, whether their voice is firm or soft and how they're standing (whether or not it may seem like a threatening posture to a puppy) to find out exactly what emotion she's feeling. But it sounds like a pretty simple case of your puppy just getting really excited.

maybe you should use this, get people to hold the dog and make the dog pee on them. it would be something to pass some time
