Puppy house training

My dog won't stop going to bathroom in the house I take her out and she goes then I bring her in and she goes right on the carpet

First have a vet rule out that she does not have anything medically going on, like a UTI. Then I recommend asking the vet there advice.
Do you create train her?
I also am a firm believer in Ceaser Milan and a lot of his approach on training a dog.
You are a very important role in your dogs training, you need to be consistant also.
