Puppy for my fiance.

What's a cute small dog, I can get for my fiance. I hate the dogs that yap and yap all day. Which dog can I get that will stay smaller than 1 foot but still be adorable. we both find chihuahua's absolutely ugly. know any other cute dogs.

I have a beagle and she is an awesome dog. She rarely barks. She is such a calm dog she loves her walks and her toys. She is a real little dog. The males tend to be bigger though.
