Not sure about the tail. However I would check into the lower jaw, because I think that is an Underbite and is from the genes. If so those parents and offspring should not be breed because the will keep carring that gene. I think that is why, just some info. I would read about the breed also and find out.

They are BRED to have an underbite, and the curled tail...it's ALL genetics.

umm well I don't know about the lip thing but when there tail has one curl they are not happy but not sad whaen they have to curls they are really happpy and when there is know curl that means they are either really scared dieing or sad.
