Do you know any psychologist that are like really good and can like make a person realize stuff?

if you are refering to therapy... you get what you put into it. Just find someone you are comfortable talking to and the apiphanies will appear

A lot of them are if you just open up. Just realize that you have nothing to be ashamed of and they are not going to judge you or look down on you. ...Also, it doesn't just take a psychologist to make someone realize stuff. A good friend can always talk to you as well.
