Proxy sites and proxy lists to unblock myspace and facebook

I use proxies in my network to unblock myspace,facebook and orkut. I can only connect to port 3128 and port 443. I used to use some proxies,but they are not working now.Says that the proxy is refusing connections.Does anyone know some working proxies for these ports? Also can you give me the link to sites that give accurate information on proxy servers? I googled and found out many sites.But most were unreliable and useless.Please help.
