I think high protein justs makes you gain weight. Try going on a south beach diet. Their REALLY good. I dont know because im only 68 lbs. and im 15, but my mom tried it and she lost like fr*gin 70 lbs. ( she weighs 105 now. ) remember: NEVER skip meals!!! that just slows your metabolism. Don't eat much junk food, but its ok to have some once in a while. replace chips with prezels and cookies with cheese and crackers, and chocolate with some trail mix, low fat butter popcorn, and just as a random snack, eat popsicles made with real fruit juices. Their helthy and good too. one of my FAV snacks is Ants On A Log! Its REALLY good
put peanut butter inside the ditch in a celery stalk, then put raisens on the peanut butter!! TA DA!!!
I KNOW THIS WAS LONG BUT IT WILL HELP!!!
