I am 13 and do cycling as part of my fitness for a long time.the best thing to do is eat well, so the bike goes faster and remember to warm up-its vital.strech your hamstrings and your wrists, ankles, back, neck and toes.drink plenty of water and WEAR A HELMET.you may find the first minute hard, but then you sort of break and then like it gets easy.
make the power come from your whole leg, especially your toes.
