Hi belindaleigh,

Yes, your printer will connect to your Macbook. Do you know how to do this? If not, try and follow the following:

- Connect your printer's cable into the Macbook.
- Make sure the printer is turned on (and ready, let it do its full whirring thing)
- Go to System Preferences (if its not on the dock bar on your screen, its in the Applications Folder)
- Click on Print & Fax
- Most times the Macbook will already have attached the printer, so if you see it there its ready to go. If not, you need to attach it yourself by doing the following:
- Click the plus symbol to add the printer
- In the "Default" window, you should be able to see your printer's name. Click on it, and in the "Print using" drop-down menu make sure it says your printer's model, then click Add.
- You should now be able to print to your printer.

Let us know how you get on!
