I have the new model printer hp photosmart c4580 printer and there is 2 ink cartridges slots only ones that can be inserted 2 in the printer , I use a black ink #74 # 75 color ink that goes in the machine so than I bought another photo ink #99 so I...

can make a better photo where will that go anyone have a clue THANKS

Normally, the #99 catrtidge would REPLACE the #75 color cartridge...

Remove it, and insert the new #99, and I think you'll see it fits there and you'll be on your way.

This is typical of most inkjet printers --- there are only 2 slots, so usually it's the color one that takes the higher one.

Don't forget to switch them back for when you dont need that high quality! The cartidges are NOT cheap!!!
