Staying active physically is a very big part of staying healthy as well, most doctors recommend an hour or so of cardio every day, like running, swimming, or biking. Talk to your doctor about your concerns and he should be able to direct you if you want any more ways to stay healthy, but there is no magical pill or secret to staying physically fit.

Leading a healthy lifestyle is the best way to prevent heart disease and diabetes. New discoveries are happening all the time. Heart disease is also the number one killer of women. I read the Women's Health Magazine and every issue is chock full of usefull, up to date information. I definately recommend it. It's my favorite magazine! It has new health facts, new health discoveries and studies, exercise tips, nutrition tips ect.
Next time you're at the grocerey store, pick up a copy! (This month's issue was a little dissappointing to me, but they are usually tons better.)
