What are one month pregnant symptoms?

When you are one month and one week pregnent do you start going to the restroom a lot or what need help?

The First Trimester: Week 1 - Week 12 pregnancy symptoms:

Lower abdominal cramps.
Food cravings.
Nausea or Morning sickness - 3-10 weeks after conception.
Tender, swollen breasts - 3-4 weeks after conception.
Your nipples and the area around the nipples get darker and wider.
Frequent urination.
Fatigue and tiredness - 3-10 weeks after conception.
You may have heartburn and constipation - along with headaches.
Mood swings.

Everyone is different, I had no symptoms at all except for headaches my entire pregnancy.

well it definatley happens during pregnancy like you may have a big baby lol or one that just likes to jump around on your bladder
