Pregnant with another persons child?

What would happen if someone you knew was pregnant with another persons child what would you do?

More than likely, congratulate them...perhaps I'm missing the point, but all you asked was 'what would happen if somebody you knew was pregnant with another person's child...'?

Or do you mean, somebody else's, as in, not the person they're with? In that case, tell your friend to let their significant other / fiance / spouse know that the child isn't their's. Else eventually it will come out, and being up front will save the poor child a life time of grief.
