Pregnant symptoms

Ok this is not about me but a really good friend...we would really like to know symptoms or something that that you look for to know if your pregnant without going to a doctor or buying a test

Mild cramping, lower back pain, missed period, nausea at random times during the day (most people think morning sickness only happens in the morning - not so), dizzy spells, increased need for sleep heh, sore or tender breasts, food cravings, change in foods liked (for instance if you like peanut butter then suddenly hate it one day), increased breast size, and a bloated 'full' feeling in the abdomen area. Keep in mind you wont actually be able to feel a child for months into a pregnancy however you may feel more solid or full (bloated) then usual.

If you think you are pregnant you MUST take a pregnancy test. There is NO other way to KNOW you are pregnant. It's very important for your friends health and the babies to see a doctor right away if she is pregnant so she HAS to find out.

Some symptoms she may have in the early stages:

-Nausea
-Frequent Urination
-Light Cramps
-Implantation Bleeding
-Darker Nipples
