Withdrawl method is the least safest method of birth control. Using a spermicide is always a good idea but nothing is 100% safe. Yes, you can get pregnant from precum. See a doctor for appropriate birth control and a STD test before you continue on with your partner and alway use a condom. Take a pregnancy test ASAP.
