Pregnant or not pregnant??

In November I was on the mirena iud because of really bad side effects(constant bleeding weight gain depression acne) I had in removed in March. I than began Nuvaring. My first ring free week went and I had a brownish discharge but nothing more. I than...

reinserted Nuvaring when I was suppose to. It is now almost June and I have yet to get any type of period. During my 2nd ring free week as I pulled out the nuvaring I had a non-stretchy creamy lotion like discharge on it which isnt normal for me. I've had this discharge constantly now since noticing it. I have had lower back aches and my lower abdomen feels ughhh for lack of words heavy not bloated but a heaviness I've had tender bbs but nothing to scream cry about. I took a pregnancy test about a week after being late came out negative. My next ring free week will be June 9th If nothing happens by than Im going to the Dr. I just wanted to get some of your opinions has anyone ever been in this situation. Is it possible I could be pregnant and got a false negative? Or is this just my body getting back on track with its oldself.
