I think my friends prego she thinks so too we will try too take a test soon if she is what can I do too help jher?

Just be supportive of her and her decisions. Offer to go to the doctors appointments with her (if you can), be with her when she breaks the news to her family etc.

Depending on the age I would simply state be supportive. I'm assuming the both of you are young - so my best advice would be to help her break the news to her parents, she's going to need someone to help support her when she does relay the news.
