How do I tell my family that I may be pregnant?

I am 16 and I think that I am pregnant but I am not 100% sure. I have sone of the symptoms. If I am, the daddy is 17. I am in foster care but I am about to go back with my birth-mother, I dont know how to tell either one of my families. What do I do and how do I tell them??

Well, the first step is to take a pregnancy test since you're not even sure that you are pregnant. Symptoms mean nothing because the symptoms of early pregnancy are the same as symptoms of dozens of other things. Make sure you are using birth control in the meantime in case you are not pregnant.

You're best bet is to just come right out and tell everyone. If you are pregnant, you need to eat right, take vitamins, and go to the ob-gyn often. Your family would be able to help you with all of that. So waiting to tell people could potentially be dangerous to you and the baby since it means you two might not be getting the care that you need.

I am going to take a pregnancy test in a few weeks to be sure the results are right! I am hopeing that I am pregnant because I have wanted a baby for a long time. I am hoping for a girl (MarieLynn Kathleen) but I will be happy with a boy too (Joshua Michael)
