Why am I having my period again?

Im 17 and me and my boyfriend have been in a sexual relationship for a couple months now and everything has been fine, im on the pill and we use condoms almost always and when we dont he pulls it out before he cums.
My problem is that I had my period about a week ago almost a week and a half and yesterday I started bleeding and still am today, its not a lot but it is enough to concern me. could this possibly mean I am pregnant?

can you please clarify the times of bleeeding? how many days was the first period, how many days of non bleeding followed, how many days was the second period and so forth...(eg 5 on, 14 off, 3on, 12 off)

I had my period for about 4-5 days I believe, then 8 days without and then these last two days so far I am bleeding again, more light than a period though.
