How to get help if I'm pregnant?

im 14 and I think im pregnant but I cant tell my mom cause she will kill me...I cant tell my sister cause she will tell my mom...and I cant tell any of my friends cause I dont trust them... what can I do

take a test and make sure you are pregnant
you got to tell them sometime, you need to take responsiblity for your actions.

just 2 your local drug store or pharmacy market ie wallgreens or cvs and buy a pregnacy test and take it and hope 4 the best and you can also pick these things up at almost anywhere in the pharmacy section

if you have friends over 18 they can take you to get an abortion

Make sure you are pregnant, by verifying with a test, and find someone who will tell your parents for you by your side.. an aunt, uncle, close family friend..someone you can trust..

yep, if you have missed your period then you may want to look into buying a pregnancy test. There is no use in trying to cover it up you should take responsibility for it. If you find out you are not pregnant and you are sexually active you need to think about protection. MAKE the boy wear a condom, or talk with your mom and get birth control.

abortion is a good idea but you need 2 think about the finances your not just find a doctor who specialises in abortion that stuff is teribbly expensive minix3 and like I mentioned before just take a pregnacy test and hope 4 the best missing periods are a common sign 4 pregnacy your going have 2 come clean wit your parents if the worst do happen if that happens (God forbids) just call one of those numbers that offer 2 help teens or any body that need help thats all I can say good luck

Since this is a fau question, I don't know your location, but look up Planned Parenthood in your city and call them. They will help you find tests and options.

I AGREE you SHOULD CALL PLANNED PARENT HOOD MY friend IS PREGNAT ALSO and THEY HELP HER a lot ALSO MAYBE TALKING TO TEACHERS MIGHT HELP BUT I don't know

I was pregnant when I was 16 and couldnt tell any of my friends or family! I think you should let your boyfriend or male friend know about it but if thats not an option then please make a test! I didnt find out untill I was 8 weeks pregnant but my boyfriend helped loads, we got the help of the nurse at school, maybe you also have a school nurse? they are not allowed to tell anyone about it without your permission. She was then able to make apointments for me at the doctors. If you dont have a school nurse then just buy a test, they are available in boots etc... and if it is positive then make an appointment at your doctors (they wont judge you, they will help you decide whats best). Abortion may seem a scary option at first but you have the rest of your life ahead of you and you dont want to be weighted down with a baby at 14 you can have one once your married, have your own house and job etc... I had an abortion and although I think back to it some times and feel sad , I still think it was the best decision for me and I would make the same decision again.
