There is no way to tell without a test unless you want to just wait until your belly starts to get big (which I certainly do not recommend).

The symptoms of early pregnancy are vague. They are the same as the symptoms for many other things.

Also, a missed period is not a guarantee of pregnancy.

So you can never rely on symptoms. You have to just take the test if you really want to know.
