Well I was due for my period within the next week..or might as wells ay any day now. I am having normal period stuff.bloating and gas and few cramps. But I figured I wulda started a few days ago. Yes. You should also worry about having a friend with benefits when you sound a little too young for that.

If you are truly 20 years old, then you would know that ANYTIME you dont use protection, you CAN get pregnant! Is there a reason you aren't using protection? Your name really does say it all.

I think you should definitely take a pregnancy test or three. It's a horrible idea to use the "withdrawal method," because guys really can't judge in time, and yes, you can get pregnant from pre-ejaculate.

What's more, you CAN be pregnant and still bleed. So even if you think you're getting your period, take a pregnancy test.

Then my guess is you and your "friend with benefits" want to have a baby, because thats the ONLY legitimate reason there would be for NOT using protection. The biggest reason that people engage in unprotected sex is...Lack of knowledge. They're very misinformed about safer sex and what puts them at risk for pregnancy and STDs, including HIV. They tend to discount a lot of risky behaviors." I would be especially worried about your partner, because the "friends with benefits" doesnt limit him to having sex with just you, you know! You have a HIGHER risk of getting a sexually transmitted disease, let alone getting pregnant.

f you keep stressing about it it'll delay your period. and being a 20 year old. and knowing the risks your taking...and he even said he thinks he got some up there
wouldnt you, being the all knowing 20 year old, go and get the morning after pill?

just a question

You need to get some pregnancy tests, and expect that their could be a huge chance of pregnancy.

Its hard for me to understand why you use the excuse that ...your not the only one not using protection... most girls do not think. Any most girls end up with children they cant take care of, or worse.. dont even want. I would hope that if you got pregnant, you wouldnt tell people.. well most 20 year old girls have unplanned babies... or.. Im not the only one with an unplanned baby on here.

Its risky business. And could be life changing. Yes you are older than most girls on here who are having sex.. so you should know better, than to use no protection.

First of all, you aren't stupid, just taking some very big chances. The withdrawal method is pointless, as there is a pretty good chance that some semen was left behind before your friend pulled out. If you have any question about being pregnant, buy a pregnancy test, and if you don't start your period or your period is light or seems "different", take the test anyway. I had an extra light period for 3 months before I stopped and found out I was pregnant. If you are not pregnant, you need to USE PROTECTION EVERY TIME!!! No exceptions. It only takes once to get pregnant, even if you aren't planning to or you think it's the wrong time of the month. There is also the possiblity of STD's (chlamidia, aids, etc), and again, you need to use protection. The pill may prevent pregnancy, but it doesn't prevent std's, so basically, everyone you have had sex with your friend now has too, and everyone he has had sex with , you just did. If either of you have had unprotected sex and are a carrier for an STD and don't have symptoms, you may have just given it to each other. It's so not worth the risk - so, find out what is what, take the test, see a doctor and USE PROTECTION, EVERY TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Theres a lot of good advice here for you, but I'll give my two cents worth anyway, you know the risk, you know what might happen, and you did it anyway, but thats your business and you have to be the one to deal with the consequences. But if your having the signs of starting your period than thats good, but I had a friend who kept thinking she was having signs and ended up prego, take a test, they are only a dollar at the dollar store.
