dont take no meds thats your doctor didnt give to you.. when you go to see the doctor tell him/her that you cant sleep and theyll work out something that best helps you..

Tylenol PM is safe to use- but you need to CALL your doctor first to verify. Your doctor should have given you a list of medications that were pre-approved for pregnancy: check on that.

I used Tylenol PM about twice a week for almost 20 weeks to help me get to sleep. It never let me down.
