Am I pregnant or is this just irregular periods?

My boyfriend and I had a wild night. He ejaculated but he is pretty sure it was outside my vagina. I missed my periods this month..but I am not sure if its pregnancy or just another round of my irregular periods (P.s. my periods have always been irregular cause I have polycystic ovaries) now please help out..I am really clueless and don't know whom to go to???

the only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test, unless you want to wait to get your period...however, some women still get their periods even if they are pregnant and then when they find out that they are it is a total shock because they report having gotten their period!
