Can someone tell me why my wife can't get pregnant?

I have being with my wife for 7 years but she can`t get pregnant. Last year she found out that she hard a fibroid, she operated on it, and still for about 1 year she can`t get pregnant. Can someone tell me what the problem may be? Is it me or her?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble conceiving! I'm sure it has been a long, frustrating road for you both, but I'm sure you're being supportive of your wife and are being sensitive so she doesn't feel guilty about it. From what I've heard from friends who've had this problem, putting pressure on herself to get pregnant could be one of the reasons she's not able to conceive. I just saw a report in the news about the great success being realized through the use of hypnosis...(some more info is here: http://www.hypnofert...) It might seem weird but the brain/mind are VERY connected with our body. In fact, the term 'disease' comes from 'Dis-EASE' or, lack of ease. If we are stressed, it can cause all sorts of problems! I'm not a doctor and don't know anyone who has tried hypnosis for fertility, but it's something to look into. Without Xray vision we can't tell. Why not ask your doc for a sperm count?

Your best bet is to see an infertility doctor. They can determine where the problem is and help you past it.
